For custom projects, please contact us before payment so we can confirm the scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Creative Service Work
Because creative work begins with planning, research, and design time, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If work has not started, contact us promptly and we will review the request fairly.
Monthly Creative Packages
Monthly packages cover a defined period of creative support. Unused requests do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
Website Projects
Website payments cover design, development, revisions, file preparation, and deployment support according to the agreed scope. Additional pages or major scope changes may require additional payment.
Exceptional Cases
If a payment was made in error or a duplicate payment was made, contact us with payment details so we can review it.
