Scope of Work
Each project is based on the agreed package, brief, deliverables, timeline, and communication channel. Custom work should be discussed before payment so scope and timeline are clear.
Payments
Public website payments are handled through PayPal. Paying for a package confirms that you want Mids Marketing to begin work according to the package scope or agreed brief.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate brand details, content, access permissions, references, feedback, and approvals needed to complete the work.
Revisions
Revision limits depend on the selected package or agreed proposal. Major direction changes, additional concepts, or new deliverables may require an additional fee.
Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables are transferred to the client after payment is complete. Drafts, unused concepts, internal templates, and working files remain with Mids Marketing unless agreed otherwise.
Timelines
Timelines depend on project size, client response time, and scope. Delays in feedback or content may shift delivery dates.
